Fractional Chief Operating Officer

Patricia (Tricia) Marine Barrett is a results-oriented healthcare leader with more than 30 years of experience driving strategic transformation and operational excellence across various healthcare industry sectors, including at the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), where she served as Vice President, designing and developing products. She is known for cultivating high-performing teams, fostering inclusive environments, and delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges. Tricia joined MHR in May 2024 as an Operations Contractor and recently transitioned to the fractional Chief Operating Officer role. She supports the CEO & President and the MHR consulting team in facilitating daily operations and administrative workflows to help ensure high client satisfaction.

CHASE PHILLIPS, MBA, BS

Fractional Chief Financial Officer

Chase Phillips specializes in comprehensive financial planning, troubleshooting, and strategy development to help businesses grow and improve efficiency. His expertise includes overseeing virtual bookkeeping teams and optimizing revenue and cost structures for clients. Chase joined Managed Healthcare Resources (MHR) as a fractional CFO in March 2024, over a decade of experience spanning sales operations and financial analysis. He is passionate about transforming complex data into actionable insights and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve organizational goals. 

VIET NGUYEN

Virtual Assistant

With nearly 10 years of experience in administrative and operational support, Viet Nguyen has served as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant to various companies and CEOs. She played a pivotal role in managing office operations, streamlining workflows, and optimizing productivity. Viet joined Managed Healthcare Resources as a Virtual Assistant in February of 2024.

In Viet’s role, she posts website content such as blogs, facilitates client communications, schedules webinars and meetings, and assists in updating various documents.  Viet helps bridge the needs of MHR’s customers with the consulting, executive, and administrative teams.  

TONYA LAND

Marketing Consultant

TonyaLand’s dynamic career began in higher education recruitment and marketing, followed by leading corporate communications for a global manufacturing company based in Wisconsin.  Since 2021, Tonya has consulted for Managed Healthcare Resources (MHR), specializing in website development and customer relations management support.

While consulting with MHR, Tonya advises on its website development and expansion of its customer relations management system for improved integration and efficiency.  Her expertise in digital marketing, online communications, and web development brings to MHR a unique talent that compliments the administrative and consulting team.
