PATRICIA (TRICIA) MARINE BARRETT, MSHA

Fractional Chief Operating Officer

Patricia (Tricia) Marine Barrett is a results-oriented healthcare leader with more than 30 years of experience driving strategic transformation and operational excellence across various healthcare industry sectors, including at the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), where she served as Vice President, designing and developing products. She is known for cultivating high-performing teams, fostering inclusive environments, and delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges. Tricia joined MHR in May 2024 as anĀ Operations Contractor and recently transitioned to the fractional Chief Operating Officer role. She supports the CEO & President and the MHR consulting team in facilitating daily operations and administrative workflows to help ensure high client satisfaction.
