MHR maintains its TTTs with the current year's standards and incorporates insights from years of experience guiding clients in preparing for their NCQA Survey.

Yes. A complimentary template will be sent with changes to the 2025 standards.

MHR reviews and updates TTT annually or as needed when NCQA issues corrections, clarifications, and policy changes or new standards are released.

The estimated time to release our updates is the following quarter, depending upon the extent of NCQA’s changes.

Tools and templates may be shared across the entity purchasing the items. Items may not be shared externally or with delegates unless specifically stated in the tool or template's Instructions. The MHR copyright must remain on the document so readers know that MHR owns the intellectual property and do not violate copyright laws.
