Two Types of Webinars Reach All Audiences

Client-only webinars are scheduled to coincide with NCQA’s Surveyor training, which many of our consultants attend. Insights from their training are uniquely shared with MHR clients. These webinars, called Triennial webinars, are offered three times a year, normally in April, August, and December.

Complimentary or free webinars are usually timed with notable events from NCQA, such as the release of newly proposed standards or a “hot topic” that we feel would benefit a larger audience. Both MHR clients and non-clients are invited to attend our Complimentary webinars.

All MHR webinars are now scheduled on Thursdays at 2:00 p.m. ET to accommodate most time zones.

Webinars are scheduled at 2:00 p.m. ET, which fits most busy schedules. However, for those unable to attend then, our clients receive a link for the recorded Triennial webinars and a copy of the presentation. Recordings of complimentary webinars are posted on MHR’s Events page, allowing you to revisit the content at your own pace.
